Frequently Asked Questions
Below are some frequently asked questions I have, however feel free to email any questions not listed...
01 Why are the prices fairly cheap?

Although the prices are affordable they do not reflect the quality of service. I am a current uni student and understand the stress of money and prioritising, sadly our bodies are not usually prioritised first. To combat this the fees are reduced to allow all walks of life to commit. Making money is not as important to me as helping the community and reaching the majority of our community.
02 Is exercise safe for my young child?

YES! Of course, exercise is safe for ALL ages if supervised correctly and workouts are specialised for the specific age group. Our training programs are specialised to be safe for all ages, no exercises are unsafe if parents correctly supervised and individuals attend the consultation where the individual and their parent will learn how to perform the exercise safely.
03 Do you operate out of a gym and do I have to be a member to do PT or group training?

Yes, I currently manage Jetts Midland where I train my clients. You DO NOT have to be a member to do PT sessions with me or group training!
04 Should young kids (younger than 16) lift weights?

There is insufficient research to suggest that it is either safe or not safe for kids that young to work out. However I do not train under 16 year olds with weight lifting programs, as body-weight routines done with an adequate and healthy diet can give any child the edge above their opponents and give them a healthier lifestyle. We do however spend this time using light weights to begin learning safe lifting techniques.
05 The PT group training sessions, what age is best?

Good news.. ALL AGES.... almost...
The group training sessions held are perfect for those 12 years and older. After the age of 60 you should have your doctor clear you for such exercise. All exercises performed will be altered for fitness levels, injuries and abilities.
